Starter privacy notice. The site owner must review this text, add any required business details, and align it with actual operations before public launch.
Who operates this site
This website represents Spirit Gig LLC. For questions about this site or your information, contact contact@spiritgig.com. The configured business contact and this notice can be updated in the administration workspace.
Project inquiries
The contact form collects the name, email address, company name if provided, project preferences, and message you choose to submit. The information is stored privately so authorized studio staff can review and respond. It is not published in the journal.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential client datasets, or other sensitive information in a first-contact message.
Journal subscriptions
An email address is recorded as pending when you request a subscription. A confirmation step is required before it is marked active. Confirmed subscribers receive an unsubscribe link. The operator can export subscription records for an email service; any such service should be disclosed here before use.
Optional website analytics
When you accept optional analytics, this site sets a random browser identifier and records page counts, the referring domain when available, and clicks on listed external platforms. It does not store raw IP addresses in these analytics records. Administrative visits and recognizable bots are excluded by the application.
The consent and browser-identifier cookies are set for up to 180 days. A browser identifier is not a verified person: deleting cookies or using another browser can change the counts. You can change your choice below at any time. Declining does not block the content or contact form.
The operator has a cleanup tool for analytics records older than 90 days. The scheduled maintenance task must be configured for that retention routine to run automatically.
Essential security and session information
The application uses a session cookie for form security, sign-in, and request continuity. Security rate limits use keyed hashes rather than storing raw addresses in the application’s rate-limit file. The hosting provider may keep separate server logs under its own configuration.
Images and external destinations
Site assets are served locally. Following a professional-network link takes you to an independent website with its own privacy practices. No social-media tracking pixel or advertising SDK is included in the default package.
Access and retention
Project, account, comment, and subscription records remain in private storage until authorized staff remove them or restore a backup. Contact the business email above to ask about access, correction, or removal. The operator should define and publish its final retention and response practices before launch.
